No distracting images, just the basic information to find out what day of the week any date is on.

I found this online and it applies to me also.
If I can't look at people and valuing them as great individuals,
and if I can't stop not looking at people's bodies as something I want to do this or that to;
then I don't think there is any reason for me to keep on breathing and taking up space.
